Mulhouse, France The CDMC Musical Information Center provides access to musical works for wind bands and instruments at http://www.windmusic.org/.

To simplify searching, the CDMC provides online public access to its catalogue. At the CDMC Musical Information Center, users can listen recordings, wearing headphones plugged to multimedia stations, while looking at full scores.

The multilingual catalog of the CDMC (Centre départemental de Musique et de Culture de Haute Alsace, contact@cdmc68.com) contains 67 thousand bibliographic records for scores and music recordings and 25 thousand authority records and integrates SKOS thesauri and authority list management. It now facets most frequent values along the available indexes. This display helps users to define their search needs. Indexes controled by SKOS thesauri and authority lists, are the foundation for good multilingual faceted browsing.
