Welcome Heather Greer Klein: Hosted Services Customer Specialist

Austin, TX  DuraSpace is pleased to announce that Heather Greer Klein accepted the position as hosted services customer specialist effective October 26, 2016. In this role, Heather will work closely with the DuraSpace hosted services team to manage the lead to sale process of DuraSpace hosted services (DuraCloud, DSpaceDirect, ArchivesDirect) including customer service, product pricing, new account set up, onboarding, and training.

Ms. Greer Klein comes to DuraSpace from NC LIVE, a consortium of North Carolina institutions providing programs and equitable access to a core selection of digital content and services to support 200 member libraries and their communities across the state where she is the member services coordinator. At NC LIVE, she collaborated with colleagues and committee members to manage a major change to consortium-licensed databases. Her work in creating and championing the NC LIVE Customer Service Philosophy was commended by the governing board for taking initiative in developing and articulating a vision for member services. Previously she was a member services librarian for NC LIVE.
