OnlineSchools.org (http://www.onlineschools.org/) aims to create a premier portal for learning that consists of both formal and informal learning resources. onlineschools.org has published a free Guide to Open Access Journals that includes a curated list of free, peer reviewed journals and journal databases from a number of disciplines.
