Winchester, MA Please consider participating in the VIVO project’s annual survey of implementation sites. The survey form is online:
The primary purpose of this effort is to clarify and prioritize future efforts to meet implementation sites’ needs. Answers need not be perfect. Your and your institution’s identity will be anonymized on request.
Please fill out a single survey for each organization maintaining a VIVO. For example, if you have five people working at a single institution, please fill this survey out once. If you don't know the answer, you can save the survey and return to it later, or share the survey with a colleague who does.
This survey will take about 45 minutes to complete. Please remember to click the “Save Answers” button in order to share the saved survey as a URL with a colleague. Forms can be saved and shared for up to 30 days. Also, please do NOT use your browser's back button!
We've set a goal to collect surveys by May 29th, which will allow us to compile and share anonymized results at the August conference. If you have any questions, please let Paul Albert <email@example.com> know or send a note to the VIVO team through the contact form at http://vivoweb.org/support/user-feedback.
