  • DuraCloud Guide – An overview of DuraCloud, including how to select the right subscription for your organization and answers to common questions.
  • Documentation – Complete DuraCloud software and service documentation as well as helpful guides and related cloud articles and resources.
  • Help Desk – Submit a support request ticket for technical questions or problems. Your ticket will be answered by our staff as soon as possible.
  • Training Videos – A compilation of training videos is available to assist customers in using DuraCloud.

Customer Account Information

  • Account Inquiry – Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding your DuraCloud subscription or customer account.
  • Account Cancellation – Please indicate why you wish to cancel your DuraCloud subscription and customer account along with the date on which you would like your account canceled. Your request will be answered by our staff as soon as possible.
